Brie's Bee Hive had built a loyal customer base through word of mouth, but its digital presence did not reflect the elevated experience clients received in person. The goal was to transform the brand from a simple catering site into a luxury hospitality experience with clearer positioning, stronger messaging and a customer journey built around premium inquiries.

The Strategy

I repositioned the brand around hospitality, celebration and emotional connection rather than simply listing catering options. The new story gives visitors a reason to trust the person behind the brand before they ever request a quote.

The original offer list was broad and difficult to navigate, so I organized the brand into clearer experience categories that help visitors quickly understand what Brie's Bee Hive offers without feeling overwhelmed.
